New Frontiers in Diversity & Inclusion

Darden Ideas to Action Leader Series
in Rosslyn, Virginia

Led by Professor Martin Davidson and Valerie Purdie-Greenaway
Upcoming Dates: 5 December 2019
Complimentary event, by invitation only

Over the last several decades, organizations have grappled with challenges around diversity and inclusion—primarily seeing it as a problem to solve or a set of boxes to check. An increasingly global and multi-generational workforce, persistent functional silos and the challenges inherent in decentralization contribute to the complexities of managing organizations.

New Frontiers in Diversity and Inclusion aims to move beyond the debate about whether your organization needs a D&I strategy. Rather, renowned leadership experts Martin Davidson and Valerie Purdie-Greenaway delve into the importance and impact of making diversity and inclusion part of the fabric of business strategy. They’ll offer business line executives, as well as HR and D&I leaders a framework for leveraging difference to achieve competitive advantage.
