For business leaders, artificial intelligence is a high-visibility topic, both in the popular press and in business media. Understanding what AI is and what it isn’t – sorting buzzwords from breakthroughs, and distinguishing practicality from possibility – are foundational insights that all business leaders need. Exploring how AI is impacting core business areas, such as sales and marketing, operations, finance and strategy, is also an essential step, and one that is quite complex on its own. But even that isn’t sufficient to realize the promise and avoid the perils of artificial intelligence. Understanding the ethical considerations that come with the increasing adoption of artificial intelligence is a uniquely important consideration.  And successfully navigating these changes requires that leaders adopt new models of leadership so that they can knit together myriad perspectives to chart a path to an AI-intensive future, both for themselves and their organizations.

Join Darden's top thought leaders for a day or learning and discussion as they share unique perspectives on artificial intelligence in the domain of business. The event will consist of keynotes, general sessions, and moderated discussions exploring applications of AI across business functions, the implications for leadership and management of organizations, ethical considerations in using AI, as well as how AI can impact individual development and career advancement.
