Mark Haskins has designed and delivered executive education programs for such clients as IBM, Aetna Insurance, and the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Air Force. His current writing interests focus on a variety of issues pertaining to talent development, financial reporting and crafting effective learning experiences.

Lynn Isabella is an expert in leadership and how people think about change. She is an authority on leading and managing in a global environment and in competency in global leadership. As a teacher, consultant and executive coach, she teaches individuals and companies to develop talent and organizational effectiveness. Her research focuses on questions of developing personal leadership expertise, leading change as a middle manager and on the events that shape individual careers and propel organizational change. She has co-authored three books, Alliance Competence, Leader and Teams: The Winning Partnership and The Portable MBA, 5th edition.

Lili Powell co-founded the Leading Mindfully executive education program and heads the Communication area at Darden, which aims to set a new standard for teaching and learning communication in business education. She has co-authored Women in Business: The Changing Face of Leadership (Greenwood, 2007) and is a member of the Arthur W. Page Society, whose mission is dedicated to uploading the highest ethical and effective practices among professional communicators.

Andrew Wicks is the co-author of five books and has published extensively in journals in business ethics, management, health care and the humanities. He also served as guest editor of Business Ethics Quarterly and Journal of Management, Spirituality and Religion. Known internationally for his research in business ethics and stakeholder theory, his recent research explores issues such as ethics in the supply chain, the ethical implications of accounting discretion and the consequences of "the dark side" of stakeholder theory.
